Mary: Pastel Size: 22"x 15"

Inspiration:......"I would get together with several local artists periodically and talk and work on art. We would throw money into a hat and when we had enough, we would hire a model for a session. Some local students would sit for us for a couple of hours and "Mary" was one of these models whom we used on several occasions. She sat for us for several hours and that was it."

How Piece was Acquired: Purchased in 1972; Funds from the South Carolina National Bank and Skip's Cameras.
